unkind service dripping tap
The night staff wasn't helpful, showing zero engagement. i expected a warm welcome after my flight. Instead, i got indifference and unkind service. my attempts to contact them before i arrived were ignored, and the staff dismissed this. also, the dripping tap in the toilet was really annoying. the shower wasn't great either. The water pressure was very low.

adequate stay with some drawbacks

bleach smell stained carpet
the hallways smelled strongly of bleach. i saw stains on the carpet too. the overnight reception area had someone apparently sleeping on the floor (it looked odd). the room had only a blanket, not a duvet. i was hoping for a bit more comfort.

Solid Stay in Central Location

central location coffee facilities effective air conditioning
The central location made it easy to walk or use public transport. My room had tea and coffee making facilities plus a fridge, very helpful. I requested a quiet room and the hotel provided one (a big plus). The air conditioning worked well too.
The interiors seemed somewhat old-fashioned.
